Scalloped Scallops
Scalloped Scallops
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp cheese
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp chives
- 1 tin celery soup
- 2 lb scallops
- Cook scallops in butter for a few minutes. Remove from pan and put in greased scallop shells. Put all ingredients but cheese in frying pan. Heat and stir until everything is completely mixed. Pour over scallops and top with cheese. Cook in oven until cheese crisps a little.
