Baked Fillets

  • 1 lb. any fresh or frozen fish fillets
  • 1 10 oz. can cream mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onions
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 – 4 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • chopped green pepper (optional)
  1. Place frozen fillets of your choice in individual casserole dishes (or one shallow one). Place soup, onion, lemon juice and water over fillets. Sprinkle with grated cheese. A little chopped green pepper adds colour. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
