Pineapple Squares
BOTTOM:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 4 tbsp sugar
Pineapple Squares
- 1 pk dream whip
- 3 pks sugar twin (or 1/2 cup icing sugar)
- 1 pk cream cheese – 8 oz.
- Save some crumbs for top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins.
- Make Dream Whip according to the package. Mix Cream cheese and sugar, then add Dream Whip and Creamcheese mixture. Add to the cooled bottom.
- For the top, boil 1 tin crushed pineapple (14 oz.). Add cornstarch to thicken. Stir in l tin of cream. Spread on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
