Pineapple Squares

BOTTOM:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Pineapple Squares

  • 1 pk dream whip
  • 3 pks sugar twin (or 1/2 cup icing sugar)
  • 1 pk cream cheese – 8 oz.
  1. Save some crumbs for top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins.
  2. Make Dream Whip according to the package. Mix Cream cheese and sugar, then add Dream Whip and Creamcheese mixture. Add to the cooled bottom.
  3. For the top, boil 1 tin crushed pineapple (14 oz.). Add cornstarch to thicken. Stir in l tin of cream. Spread on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
