- 1 can pears
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon ginger

- 2 cups liquid juice
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- Melt butter add molasses, brown sugar ginger cook 350 F for 40 to 50 minutes
