Chocolate Squares

BOTTOM:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

TOP:

  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Spread over bottom and bake for 20 or 25 mins at 350 degrees. Ice with chocolate icing when cool. Sprinkle with coconut and cut in squares.
  2. Topping Mix all together and press in pan and bake for 5 mins at 350 degrees.
