Chocolate Squares
BOTTOM:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa
TOP:
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup cherries
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Spread over bottom and bake for 20 or 25 mins at 350 degrees. Ice with chocolate icing when cool. Sprinkle with coconut and cut in squares.
- Topping Mix all together and press in pan and bake for 5 mins at 350 degrees.
