Week 20 – Eating Out
What I learned:
That you need to always plan in advance when you are going to eat out. Most restaurant change and now offer there menus online whit the calorie information and macros. And most restaurant need to give you the minimum the calories per item on the menu.
What I did:
I started looking and menus online of the places that I eat out at near my work and where I go with my wife and friends.
How I feel:
This week was much of the same. Had a hard time planing my meals and eating healthy.
