Week 21 – Exercise Program 2
What I learned:
That we can calculate my Energy Expenditure that comes from Keytel at al (2005) in the Journal of Sports Sciences.
Also determent my Metabolic Equivalent of a task (MET) “Compendium of Physical Activities”
What I did:
I did some elliptical this week a few times.
How I feel:
This week was much of the same. Had a hard time planing my meals and eating healthy but better then the weeks before.
