Week 19 – Changing Your Eating Style
What I learned:
To stop unskilled eating habits. I can try the following tricks:
Don’t eat while standing; have small snacks; use Metamucil (fiber); ask for take out container when at restaurant (to reduce your potion); focus on fullness cues.
What I did:
Looked at what `i have in the kitchen and see how must food my different size bowls/plates/cups can hold.
How I feel:
This week was much of the same. Had a hard time planing my meals and eating healthy.
