Week 15 – Stress & Time Management

What I learned:

 

For me stress and time management are related. I get stress for not having enough time during the day to do what I planned or wanted to do.

What I did:

I tried to concentrate on one task at a time and not plan every detail of my day.

How I feel:

This week was hard to stay on the weight management plan with all the eating at friends places and the reduction of shakes during per day.
