Week 10 – Accumulating Activity
What I learned:
That I need to exercise more. My goal is to do 150 minutes a week.
I need to fallow the F.I.T.T. formula.
What I did:
I walk twice for 15 minutes this week and did the elliptical 3 times this meek.
How I felt:
This week was stressful. But I manage to make it trough without going off the deep end.
