Baked French Toast
Baked French Toast
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- Salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Maple Syrup
- Arrange bread in single layers in a 9 X 13 inch dish. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour over bread. Let stand for 5 minutes. Turn slices over. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
