Baked French Toast

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Maple Syrup
  1. Arrange bread in single layers in a 9 X 13 inch dish. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour over bread. Let stand for 5 minutes. Turn slices over. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
