- Barbeque Chicken WingsMix these ingredients together with tomato soup and 1 cup of water:
- 2 lb box chicken wings
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Boil celery and carrots adding apples when carrots are almost done.
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 1 1/2 cups carrots
- 2 diced apples
- 1 tin tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper
- Flour chicken wings and fry until brown. Remove excess fat and place wings in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour over wings. Bake 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serve piping hot with steamed rice.
