Tweedy Squares – Christopher Parsons

  • ½ cup butter 1 cup flour ½ cup milk 2/3 cup sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 2 beaten egg whites (fold in 1 tsp. vanilla 2 squares unsweetened chocolate (grated))
  • Bake the above at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

frosting:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Spread over bottom base when cold. Melt 2 squares chocolate and spread over the next layer.
