Tweedy Squares
Tweedy Squares – Christopher Parsons
- ½ cup butter 1 cup flour ½ cup milk 2/3 cup sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 2 beaten egg whites (fold in 1 tsp. vanilla 2 squares unsweetened chocolate (grated))
- Bake the above at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
frosting:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- Spread over bottom base when cold. Melt 2 squares chocolate and spread over the next layer.
