Creamsicle
BOTTOM:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups Graham wafer crumble
MIDDLE:
- Dissolve the following:
- 1 pk orange jello
- 1 1/2 cup hot water
- Add the following:
- 1 envelope gelatin (soaked in 1/4 cup cold water)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Cool and add stirring with a whisk:
- 2 tins cream
- 1 tin condensed milk
- ADD:
- 1 tin orange sections (mashed plus the juice.)
- Pour over bottom
- Seems watery but don’t worry. It sets nicely.
TOP:
- Top with nutri-whip. Sprinkle grated orange rind on nutri-whip or orange sections that have been drained.
