Japanese Chicken Wings

  • 3 lb chicken wings
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp accent
  1. Cut wings in half. Dip in slightly beaten egg and then in flour. Fry in butter until deep brown and crispy. Make sauce from remaining ingredients. Put chicken in shallow roasting pan and pour sauce over wings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Base frequently.
