Week 4 – Problem Solving
What I learned:
For problem solving you need to plan ahead; do not ignore the problem (deal with it ASAP); fail to plan is plan to fail.
Break bad habits like always clean your plate (do not leave any food). You can always ask for a container to keep the leftovers for another meal.
It takes a long time to learn new habits.
Strength and cardio training combineĀ togetherĀ is the best way to help with weight control. Eat right for your activity level. Strength tanning helps with glucose levels.
What I did:
This week a continue with my Optifast shakes with no issue. Had difficulty drinking more water.
How I felt:
This week at work it was not so stressful has last week.
My challenge:
I was at a filipino gathering. It had a lot of filipino food that I like. I just had my Optifast shake and my try any of the food.
