Week 9 – Knowing Nutrients

What I learned:

That we have Macronutrients that provide Energy in the form of Calories:

Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat

The other category is Micronutrients that provide No Energy but help with metabolism and tissue function.

I can find most of the Macro and Micro information Nutrition Labels.

What I did:

This tried looking more at what Nutrition Labels I can find around the house.

How I felt:

This week was stressful. But I manage to make it trough without going off the deep end.
