Week 7 – Getting Active 2

What I learned:

 

Same has active week 1. Plus activity benefits is done over time. Some of the benefits you will feel and see right away but other you you see later over time.

What I did:

 

I placed my laptop that use at home on the counter separating the dinning room and the kitchen. So I can use it in the standing position.

 How I felt:

My emotional level was the same has usual. But another stressful week at work. I need to find ways to deal with that stress.
