Lemon Squares

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups coconut
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  1. Mix the four ingredients together, then spread ½ of crumbs on the bottom of a 7×11 pan. Make a pkg. of lemon pie filling as directed on the box let cool. Put lemon on top of crumbs and press the remainder of crumbs on top and bake at 3500 until golden brown. Let cool and cut into squares.
