Apricot Tea Buns
Apricot Tea Buns by Jennifer Babb
- 6 cups flour
- 2 cups chopped apricots
- 1 lb. margarine (hard)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 12 tsps. baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cut margarine into flour and baking powder.
- Add apricots to flour mixture. Mix all other
- ingredients together and add to dry ingredients.
- Mix and roll out on floured surface. Cut out
- with cutter. Bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes.
- Do not overcook. Makes about 48 tea buns.
