Apricot Tea Buns

Apricot Tea Buns by Jennifer Babb

  • 6 cups flour
  • 2 cups chopped apricots
  • 1 lb. margarine (hard)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 12 tsps. baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Cut margarine into flour and baking powder.
  2. Add apricots to flour mixture. Mix all other
  3. ingredients together and add to dry ingredients.
  4. Mix and roll out on floured surface. Cut out
  5. with cutter. Bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Do not overcook. Makes about 48 tea buns.
