Ginger cookies
- ¾ cup butter
- ½ cup
- sugar
- ¼ cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoonsoda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cleues
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Cream butter ans sugar. Add beaten egg and molasses. Add dry ingredients. Form into small balls and roll in sugar. Bake for 15 minutes at 370 F.
