Cannelloni

Cannelloni

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt (Pepper and a clove of garlic)
  • 1 egg
  • onions
  • l slice of bread
  • 1 large bottle spaghetti (pasta sauce. Equal amount of water)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Oven ready cannelloni
  1. Fry Hamburger meat with chopped onion, salt, pepper and garlic. Beat up egg and add to meat mixture. Also add 1/4 cup Parmasen cheese. Add equal amounts of water to the bottle of pasta sauce. ( I put a little less water) Add 3/4 cup of pasta sauce to meat mixture. Cover the bottom of your dish with the pasta sauce. Stuff meat mixture in the cannelloni shells and put them on the liquid mixture in your dish. Pour the rest of the pasta liquid over the cannelloni shells. Cover with tin foil and Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cover with mozzarella and return to oven, uncovered, for 10 or 15 minutes. This is enough for about 18 shells in a 9X13 dish.
