- 4 to 5 pounds of ground beef (brown and drain.)
- 1 large can of Catelli meat sauce
- 1 large can of Aylmer Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1 large can of Aylmer whole tomatoes
- 1 small can of Hunts tomato paste
- 1 large onion
- 4 celery stalks (diced)
- 1 level serving spoon of brown sugar
- Add chili flakes, Tabasco, chili powder, garlic powder to taste.
- Let simmer about 2 hours…You can also add other veggies if you like. Oh, if you find it too sweet, add a little vinegar…
