BOTTOM:

  • Mix 2 cups Graham Wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • l tablespoon sugar
  • l tablespoon cinnamon
  • Press in a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Let cool

TOPPING:

  • l tub (500ml plain fat free yogurt)
  • l tin (8 oz crushed pineapple)
  • l liter (light cool whip)
  • l pkg. (diet Vanilla pudding powder)
  1. Mix together and spread on the bottom portion. Sprinkle the top with a few graham wafer crumbs. Chill until ready to serve
