BOTTOM:
- Mix 2 cups Graham Wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- l tablespoon sugar
- l tablespoon cinnamon
- Press in a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Let cool
TOPPING:
- l tub (500ml plain fat free yogurt)
- l tin (8 oz crushed pineapple)
- l liter (light cool whip)
- l pkg. (diet Vanilla pudding powder)
- Mix together and spread on the bottom portion. Sprinkle the top with a few graham wafer crumbs. Chill until ready to serve
