Mystery Icing
Auto Draft
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 rounded tbsp custard mixed
- 1/2 lb good butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water add 1 tsp sugar
- 2 rounded tbsp custard mixed with little cold water
- Cook until colour changes. Stir constantly
- Let cook and add flavouring
- Cream 1/2 lb good butter add1/2 cup sugar in small amounts at a time.
- When good and creamy add custard mixture by tsps.
- Beat well
- Really nice on cakes!
