Auto Draft

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 rounded tbsp custard mixed
  • 1/2 lb good butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  1. 1 cup boiling water add 1 tsp sugar
  2. 2 rounded tbsp custard mixed with little cold water
  3. Cook until colour changes. Stir constantly
  4. Let cook and add flavouring
  5. Cream 1/2 lb good butter add1/2 cup sugar in small amounts at a time.
  6. When good and creamy add custard mixture by tsps.
  7. Beat well
  8. Really nice on cakes!
