Week 26 – Long Term Weight Management
What I learned:
The key to long term success in weight management. Is to stay Motivated, Use the Skill learn during the WM program, have good Support from family and friends and be Confident in yourself
What I did:
This week was hard. I really misted the shakes. They made my life so much easier. Just have a shake and move forward staying busy in live and work
How I feel:
This week was good. Work was better more stressful than usual it is normal for the end of the fiscal year trying to get all the project done before april 1st.
