What I learned:
Portions vs Servings
The portions we server ourself or served by others is more then then a proper serving.
The size of of what we serve ourself is influence by the size and shape of the plates/bowls/cups we use.
What I did:
Looked at what I have in the kitchen and see how must food my different size bowls/plates/cups can hold.
How I feel:
This week was good. Work was better then anytime in the pass 3 months and I both myself a early xmas present.
